My husband, Russell, and I decided to move from Virginia to St. Thomas on the "two year plan" - that was over over 20 years ago!  He has since become a PADI dive instructor and Coast Guard Captain.  My love of our beautiful islands and Caribbean seas grew through working as a Virgin Islands charter agent and as first mate aboard "Nightwind", a 50' classic yawl.

Stewart Yacht Charters evolved out of my enjoyment of introducing new people to the wonders and excitement of exploring the Virgin Islands aboard a first class, private yacht charter.  Being a good charter br oker means listening closely to your clients and then matching them up with the perfect yacht and crew.  To do this requires lots of skill, caring and  intimate, personal knowledge of the yachts and their crews.

As an active and proud member of the Charter Yacht Broker's Association (CYBA) since 1992, I currently hold the Vice President's position. I have served on the CYBA Board of Directors as the Treasurer for 6 years and I am currently a member of the ethics and membership committees. CYBA is dedicated to fostering the highest degree of professionalism amongst it's members, requires adherence to a strict code of ethics and fiduciary responsibilty.
